PORTUGUESE DELIGHTS

In the early years the focus was still on making the Elvas Fruits and curing olives. Over the last 16 years we have developed the range of products and introduced them to the UK.

Our range now includes fresh fruit marmalades, greengage and apricot preserves, honeys, extra virgin olive oils and wild herbs from the Alentejo. The East of Portugal is the agricultural heartland of Portugal and the foods from this part of the world are grown naturally often free of chemicals and pesticides because the farmers simply cannot afford to use them. The rolling hills of the Alentejo are covered with vineyards and olive and cork groves. The orchards are generally the backyards to the "Montes" smallholdings.

We sell our award winning products through delicatessens and for a stockist near you click on the maps button at the top of this page. We can also sell to you directly through our stalls at the farmers markets we attend every week. You can find us at Borough market in the Floral market. Borough market is London's famous food lovers market based at London Bridge. Our stall is in front of the Brindisa Spanish shop on Stoney Street and we are there Friday 11am-6pm or on Saturday 9am - 4pm. You can also find us at Partridges Food market every Saturday from 9am - 4pm.
