Not only can we do a hog roast for your wedding, we can plan the evenings culinary requirements with you, to include all the other parts of the day and to fit in with the schedule exactly as you wish.

We will sit down with you and get to know you a little bit so you get the chance to see what we can do and know that we are looking after you with a personal touch. We will create an outline together and use this as our basis to refine and change until we get exactly what you are hoping to have on a very special day.

When the marriage ceremony ends and the guests come to the reception we will have the welcome drinks ready and waiting.

Canapes can be served and then we will sit the guests and the feast begins.

This service can be done in whatever way you feel best suits the occasion. Buffet, silver service a combination of the two.

Desserts.
Coffee.
Cheese boards.
Bubbly and speeches.

More tasty tit-bits to see the guests through the evening and on to when the bride and groom leave and the party begins to wind down.
